This 1 day Part L qualification is designed for central heating installers that need to self-certificate their work via one of the Competent Persons Schemes (CPS). This qualification covers the requirements of Part L of the Building Regulations and the Technical Competency Requirements for Domestic Heating and Hot Water Systems for Energy Efficiency. This course is aligned to the National Occupational Standards (NOS) and mapped by SummitSkills.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This qualification is suitable for experienced installers of Gas, Oil, Plumbing or Solid Fuel domestic central heating systems.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

This training and assessment has been designed to provide the necessary skills for the design, installation, commissioning, handover, of energy efficient systems in accordance with the latest National Occupational Standards (NOS) and Minimum Technical Competency documents (MTC).
