This blended offer combines our full 18th edition e-learning course with our one day 18th edition virtual bridging course, both revised to align with the requirements of BS7671:2018+A2:2022. This flexible approach allows you to complete your e-learning at your own pace and also provides you with the benefit of live tuition by selecting a suitable one day bridging course.
We recommend completing your online learning prior to attending your face to face course as this will focus on the updates online and you will be sitting the examination at the end of the session.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This course is particularly appropriate for those who design, install, commission or maintain low-voltage electrical installations. Whilst the course is primarily aimed at experienced electricians, it will also be of benefit to allied trades as well as trade related professionals including contracts managers, installation designers, consultants, specifiers and surveyors.
Although there are no formal entry requirements it is expected that candidates have experience of electrical installation work and a good understanding of electrical science and principles.

This course will provide candidates with a wide range of knowledge relating to BS 7671:2018, including the updated requirements introduced by Amendment 2:2022. Key areas covered include:

EXAM
This course includes 1 attempt at the City & Guilds 2 hour examination. Please ensure you have photographic ID and a copy of BS 7671:2018 including Amendment 2:2022 available to you. Failure to do so will prevent you from sitting this exam.
