Delivery information

Delivery charges
For orders over £50 ex VAT we offer free UK standard delivery.
For orders under £50 ex VAT we offer UK standard delivery, the charge is applied at the checkout.
Standard delivery is usually two to five working days and deliveries will be delivered between 08.30 and 18:00 Monday to Saturday.

Express shipping
Our next day delivery service is available Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday as the next working day.
To ensure a next day delivery service the order cut off time is 16:00.

Electronic deliveries
Electronic products will be delivered upon receipt of your order confirmation to the email associated with the account being used to place the order.

Training deliveries
Joining instructions for the selected training course will be sent separately to your order confirmation and will be issued to the email associated with the account being used to place the order.

Deliveries outside the UK and Channel Islands
For deliveries required outside of the UK and Channel Islands please contact us to request a quotation.

Please note that there may be a short delay with processing your order whilst the system validates your credentials with your card provider.
