These official NICEIC Electrical Installation Condition Reports are to be used for reporting on the condition of an existing electrical installation.

These are formal documents for reports that identify any damage, deterioration, defects, dangerous conditions and any non-compliances with the requirements of BS 7671:2018 (as amended).
